Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes, we are 100% pet-friendly! Feel free to bring your furry friends along—we’d love to meet them!

Q: What is included with the rental, and what should I bring?
A: Each trailer description has a list of the basic items we provide. Please review this list carefully before you start packing. If you’re particular about certain gear (like a specific pot or pan size), we recommend bringing your own to ensure you have exactly what you need.

Q: Can my vehicle tow the trailer I’m interested in?
A: To ensure a safe trip, check the trailer’s weight in its description and compare it to your vehicle’s towing capacity. We recommend your vehicle’s capacity be at least 1,500 lbs more than the trailer’s Gross Weight (GVWR). We also highly suggest having a brake control system installed (most newer vehicles already have one).

Q: What is the propane used for, and do I need to refill it?
A: Propane powers your temperature-controlled amenities: the furnace, water heater, stove/oven, and the fridge (though the fridge will automatically switch to electricity if you have a full hook-up). We provide the propane, so there is no need for you to refill the tanks.

Q: When do I need a generator, and how often should it run?
A: You’ll need the generator to use the A/C, microwave, and electrical outlets (for things like coffee makers or phone chargers). To keep the batteries charged, run the generator for 3–5 hours during the day. This allows you to use the lights, heater, and water at night without the generator running. You won’t need one at all if your site has an electrical hook-up.
